Before Your Visit:

• We’ll send you a New Patient Form to complete at your convenience, ensuring a smooth and relaxed arrival.

During Your Visit:

Initial Check-In:

• • Meet some of our friendly OTDX team members and get comfortable.

Diagnostic Imaging:

• • We’ll take X-rays and photos of your teeth to gather essential information.

Orthodontic Assessment:

• • Meet with the our Specialist Orthodontist for a thorough assessment and measurements.

1. • The Orthodontist will discuss the recommended treatment plan and answer any questions you have.

Finance Discussion:

• • Speak with our Treatment Coordinator about finance options and address any additional questions.
